Our new and innovative home swap service is aimed at helping you increase the chances of selling your property in today’s difficult market and finding your perfect home.
It may be that the current owner of your new dream home might also be an ideal buyer for yours. You might want to downsize, or move area; your match might want to move up.
With our new home swap service, it means that we can increase the likelihood of you selling your home and help you to move on.
When you see this keyhole symbol it indicates our client(s) would consider a possible home swap. You will see this displayed in our prominent windows, visible for sale signs, our own leading edge web site, and the various property portals we use such as Right Move.
If you see a property that interests you contact our office on 01324 553512 to discuss what options are available. Please remember, although your property may not be suitable for them, it may be of interest to other registered homeowners. Clients requirements will de displayed like below.

How do I register?
Just complete the form below and press submit. You will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions, please read over them carefully first.
Will I have to pay?
It is free to join however if we find you a successful exchange, a fee will become payable at the date of entry. Please see our terms and conditions. This service is free to clients of Ian Gray Estate Agents.
How do I find out about possible swaps?
We will send you details of possible swaps by email or contact you by telephone.
When I register, who will see my details?
Your details are only available to us and will not be passed onto other registered users without your consent. We do not pass on personal data.
How do you match homes?
We match homes by area, bedrooms, value and property type. Every day we search our database for possible matches.
Do I need a Home Report?
You do not need a Home Report to register. You will only need a home report if you decide to market your property or show it to other registered homeowners. If your property was on the market before December 1 2008, a Home Report is not required.
What happens when I find a suitable swap?
It is just like normal buying and selling, where after price has been negotiated, solicitors will work towards conclusion of missives.
How do I swap with a home of a different value?
Where there is a difference in value the normal financing arrangements such as a mortgage can take place, if required.
