Lettings - Our Service to You
Here’s
a brief summary of what you can expect from our lettings
service:
1. We’ll visit your property to determine the
current rental value, and offer advice as required
2. When instructed to let your property we will commence
marketing
3. Your property will be uploaded to our website containing
information such as local schools, restaurants, colour
photography, as well as aerial photography and detailed
driving directions
4. Prospective tenants will receive instant property
alerts of their choice – by email, text, post,
or telephone
5. Appointments made will be visible to you in your
own personal client property portal
6. If required, we’ll attend all visits to your
property
7. Viewers feedback can be viewed by yourself through
your client portal
8. When a tenant makes an offer we’ll credit
check and reference them
9. Tenancy agreements will be drawn up – available
at your login area
10. Rental and deposit monies will be received and
paid to you
11. When the tenant moves in we will carry out an inspection
and prepare an inventory list
12. Receive ongoing rental payments, and prepare monthly
financial statements
13. Regular inspections of your property will be carried
out
14. Arranging any repairs, maintenance or replacement
items for the property
15. Property safety – we will make sure your
property complies with safety regulations during the
tenancy period

we may be able to offer you a ‘tenant find only’
