    The location is convenient and indeed popular - the local store is 1 minute walk, the village primary school and shops are under a mile, Larbert station is under 15 minutes walk, Stenhousemuir shopping precinct is almost 2 miles, the business parks on Bellsdyke Road are 10 minutes walk or so, Falkirk and Grangemouth town centres are around 3 and 7 miles, and there is very easy access to the motorway/main road system to Glasgow/The South/Stirling/Fife/Edinburgh/etc.
