- You'll also have access to your own property portal area where you can:

- - Save your favourite properties
- - Download property particulars
- - Request viewings online
- - View your own appointment times online
- - Send and receive messages
- - Get directions to every property you see

- Our website contains all sorts of useful information, plotted on one map, such as:
- - Distances to local primary and secondary schools from every property
- - A summary of every schools performance, including absentee levels
- - Catchment maps, school brochures and standards reports for every school in the area
- - Nearest railway stations, doctors surgeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc are plotted are displayed on one map for every property.

- When you see a property you want to know, let us know your interest

- You can leave feedback via your own property portal
|
| |
- If you wish to secure a property from us, you'll need to pay a reservation fee which guarantees the property is secured for you whilst agreements are drawn up. This reservation fee will be deducted from your deposit.

- We will then reference you and complete a credit check
|
| |
- Tenancy agreements will then be completed by yourself and the Landlord, with deposit and rental monies being paid to this office
|

- Now you can move into the property and complete our check in process
